i know everything there is to know about goldfish and people think i am dumb and a dork. i have a 44 gallon fish tank with exotic goldfish and i also work at a fish store. i dont know do you think it is a bad thing to know so much about something so little??

oooh no. yur fine. people out there are sometimes jerks, messing up our smartitude. i know WAY WAY WAY more about fish than my friends and family. i spend more time with my bettas than with my cat. people think i'm weird, but i don't care. its my hobby.

I think you need to branch out a bit - if only when you are talking to other people. What if you had a friend that only talked about hockey.
