Is it normal, or should I just put more food in for the other fish?

by high fin bull shark i assume you mean the high fin loach, chinese sail fin sucker, dolly loach.

my favorite fish, if you know or not, high fin loaches are very expensive, and that is b/c they are considered endangered.

What size tank do you have it in, They will grow to over 40 inche and look nothing like their baby form. really if you have one allow it to grow.
