First thing you need is a cat with a taste for goldfish. When the cat tries to get the fish, the fish will very happily jump in, out, and around the water.

Just use some fish flakes and your imagination!

Easy to do, just drop a couple of electrodes hooked

up to the house juice. The ickle bugger will leap and leap!

I don't see why not, the only problem is that your fish will keep forgetting what you've just taught them as they only have a limited memory span. Could turn out to be a rather frustrating and futile task if you think about it.
