possibly never. it depends on if it actually took the complete tail, or just part of the tail fins. i will take a month at least. you should be worrying about your lobster finishing it off though!! i have had problems with lobsters catching the fish in the tank and eating them completely. If its got its tail, its a matter of time before it catches it. keep an eye on them.
It might not grow back
I had blue lobsters before I'm surprised he didn't finish it off.If its not bleeding it will pro bally survive but it will not grow back if the whole tail fin is gone.
danios cannot regrow tails. He's just an amputee, and probably the lobster has decided he will make a good meal if he swims by again.
