Stick your head in the bowl with him and ask. If he is a true gold fish he will answer honestly. If he is an imposter, well then friend, you have a whole different set of issues. You may want to take him to the police station for a polygraph. You really don't want to wait, go either tonight or early tomorrow morning. Tell the officers you think he is evil, they will help determine if he truly is.
