Well it is not ich unless he has white lice ball looking things on his body. If he stays towards the top or can't get his balance than it's swim bladder. Well raising the water temp to 80 will cause them to be a little more inactive due to the fact that they are cold water fish. I would take it to a pet store and get their opinion. I worked at Petco in the fish dept when I was younger but I would have to see him to tell you what was wrong and the pic provided wasn't a clear enough pic to tell me.

You are on the right track. Raising your tank's water temperature is the first step, and the use of Evaporated Sea Salt is the absolute key in treating Ich.

I want to encourage you to also do the same with the Salt in the other tank holding your Black Moor. Just because there is no topical sign of the Ich parasite does not mean it isn't down in your gravel/substrate.

This is the best article ever written by one of the absolute authorities out on the Internet about treating Ich. Your dosages are correct (3tsp per G of water).

Please read this, and best of luck to you. Keep in mind that as you raise the water temp of your tank(s) the O2 will evaporate much quicker so I would recommend getting yourself a couple of Rena Air Pumps with Air Stones to add additional Oxygen to your tank(s).
