And for thickened slimecoat and lethargy and clamped fins, wich is due from high ammonia or high nitrates, the only way to fix that is through regular partial waterchanges, never going below 50 percent and vacuming the gravel.
Unfortunately if one fish had Ich, the other one does too. Gold fish don't need or appreciate heat, stop that right away. If the Ich isn't too bad, a hand full of aquarium salt will help, if it is too far gone you need Ich medicine. I can't see from the photo if they have spots or not. Good luck, when the fish feel better they will swim around more. Make sure the tank is kept clean, goldfish are very high maintenance in the cleaning department.
