I was wondering if theses fish are compatable and what you think2007-11-24 23:09:41

ARE these fish compatible, do you think they will get along, be happy and look good.

the fish are

2 clown fish

1 regal blue tang

1 Orchid dotty back

1 Harliquin Tusk Wrasse

1 Flame or Coral beauty angel

1 powder blue tang and

1 golden coris wrasse

I know that thats alot of fish but wil they siut a 80g fish only tank or will the tank need to be biger. There may be more fish in the future if the tank is not already crowded. If the Tangs get to big i WILL move them but right now i am only going to get small 3-4 inch ones

they will be fine, the only thing that stands out is the powder blue.

They like alot of swimming area so a 125 range, but you can try the 80 gallon. make sure their is enough swimming area though

I have been lead to believe that it is best to get at least 3 loaches and a pair of each of the other, if you get a pair of each that you have in the list, you will probably be over crowded. You may have to cut your list back to the Clowns and 3 others.

The angel may not get along with the tangs as they are very territorial. Do you know if the angel is the same size as the tang? If the angel is bigger it shouldn't be a problem...

80g is big enough to hold all of these fish.

Also make sure the clown fish are the same type of clown fish as some don't mix well.
