plus, they're schooling fish.so you need to have at least 6 pirahnas in the tank..6 pirahnas in a 10 gallon means they're bumping elbows and will probably kill each other

No a pirahna needs e very large tank to live in. Even if you did buy the fish it would die. He would die from stress. But if you bought him small you could keep him for a while. Then sell the fish back to the fish store.

Not for long. All piranha species get way to large for a ten gallon. Most grow to over a foot or more in length!
