That's only small but it depends how many fish and what type they are. Two or three fish would live in an aquarium that size.

Absolutely not. Of course it depends on the type of fish as well, but the main thing to consider is the filtration system and the lighting. You also need to determine if you are doing a fish only system or a reef system. There is a growing trend of people using the new twelve and bigger gallon nano systems. They do take work, but the main thing is water changes, but with such small tanks, it does not take very long. But that size tank is plenty if you want to keep fish such as Damsels or Clown fish(Nemo) Damsels are the goldfish of the saltwater world.

no but just make sure u don't over crowd it with too many fish , check with ur local dealer on how many u should put in there. have u done salt water before? it is a pain and takes alot more work than a regular tank. good luck.

Not at all, in fact I recommend 20 salt tanks all the time, but know, you should only keep fish, not try to have a coral tank, or to much live rock, and most importantly, make sure your lighting is proper, water flow; filtration and you choose your fishes wisely, as it's a small environment. But can spring forth wonderful possibilities if managed correctly.
