Ok, so i made a dumb mistake of buying tropical fish flake food instead of goldfish flake food because I was careless of seeing what kind it was in the package. I wasted money on it and i don't know what to do with it. Is it safe to feed it to my goldfishes anyway?
Answers:Definitely. We had tropical fish in our tank with the goldfish and they all got the same food. We bought the tropical flakes to help bring out their colors. Didn't seem to do that for the goldfish, but they ate it, loved it and survived. Next time, though, just get regular fish flakes since they are a bit less expensive.
won't hurt them if they even eat it at all, goldfish are pretty resilient anyways thats why they are great starter fish.
