apparently it is true as the water rushes into their gills and drowns their insides. not that i have tried it!

I think this is a fair question, Dodds - a bloody good query, in fact. What's wrong with some people? Why are they so touchy? That goes to the trio further up there. I reckon we should be able to pull people backwards, not to drown them, but to instil a bit of humour into them!! They need it : )

Well, I think this gives us food for thought. Ernie E put it best, so yes, pulling a goldfish backwards will drown the little suckers. The resulting force would impact upon their gills and in turn affect their breathing.

You keep the good work going, Dodds!! For me this would make a good hypothesis. But do you think this is how Gent catches his fish on his fishing trips?..Hahaha!! Have a good weekend!! x
