buy some new tanks and put the babies in them in case one of the parents eats them
then separate them into different tanks when they're bigger
Betta don't get pregnant. (Only guppy, molly, platty, and swordtails.) The male builds a bubble nest, and they mate under it. The male gathers up the eggs and puts them in the nest. He then guards the nest till the fry start swimming free. The female should be removed as the male may kill her, and the female may eat the eggs.
A betta with a large belly is suffering from over feeding or dropsy. If it's dropsy she will die 99% of the time.
PS- Please do yourself a favor and read up on the subject. You need a breeding tank, food for the babies, and a plan to deal with 100+ babies.
