Is this fish sick
Look at the red spot on him! He doesnt seem to act different. Does anyone know what he have and what treatment should I do?

Tank & Fish info:
-10 gal tank
-All fish belong to the tetra familly
-i've change the water last week(I do it every month)
-I used product such has Cycle and Waste Control every week.
-I've had those fish for more then 6 month and it's the first time I notice something like that.

Answers:Yes, we raise fish and it looks like it has a bacterial disease. if it swims in a group keep an eye on the others, if it's alone then it may have made itself sick cause they are meant to swim in groups. Your best bet is to change the water every week and stop using chemicals to fix the water. Using chemicals could be what's making it sick. You need to decide whether it's worth it to fix the fish, it may be easier to kill the fish in there, sterilize the tank and start anew. Hope this helps. Good luck
That could be Neon Tetra Disease (which there is no cure for). Either that or some form of Ammonia poisoning like Septicemia.
