Do an immediate water change on the entire tank. If you can, isolate the betta and treat him with an anti-internal bacteria medicine. These can be bought at any pet shop for around 拢3.00-4.00. Treat for at least 5 days and do daily water changes on his 'hospital' tank. You can also add aquarium salt to help boost his electrolytes.
It sure sounds like swim bladder disease.
Hey girl.I suggest that you go to a pet store or fish store and talk to a professional.you know that you don't want to go trying remedies and stuff and something bad happens, you're already trying to fix the problem. Don't worry.you're Betta will be okay, I know I've been having one about a year now and been through alot. I suggest you go and talk to someone and get medication. Good luck,"k".
