Hes been swimming sideways... I got him yesterday. I don't know whats wrong.
Answers:He's in shock, something in the water, either the parameters or some chemical is causing him to go into shock.
I doubt that you have the water that it came with, so take a sample of your tank water to the shop that sold you the RTS and check with them whats the difference. Hopefully your in time to save it as the fish will die very fast once it goes into shock.
