My fish has weird lumps coming out of its belly and she/he is not pregnant
4 months ago I thought one of my fishes was pregnant because I noticed it's stomach had grown. But it's been a long time, and I think it was never pregnant and under the swelling it has some strange lumps. But he's not sick or anything. He just has those strange lumps. I feel bad for it since he's so small and the lumps are starting to grow bigger than him. He's measures one inch or smaller.
Answers:well take it to the vet cause it is your pet and you should take as much care as possible i say don't put a price on animals (mostly fish not being hard on furry friend owners but fish don't live so long) i took my chances with a fish let it sit for a month and i paid for it by its death but my diagnoses from my vet is tumers if he is off balance than 99% chances because fish can have tumers for up to a year before they die but in another case fish pox but the fish is taking all of himself to fight it So good luck keeping your fish alive
Take it to the vet, it may be a disease or maybe just a growth spurt.
