My friends keeps talking about whales What do I do2007-11-24 23:38:28

My friend is just obsessed with whales! I have no clue why. Here's somewhat of what's going on. when I asked him what we should do tonight. he responds by saying, "Whales!" And one time he said that he is going touch a whale and no one can stop him except maybe another whale. I am very concerned about him since I believe in not touching whales! That鈥檚 violating them! Please help me out! Thanks!

You're kidding right? Tell him to knock if off, and talk about something else. Simply, recommend he goes in to Marine Biology, but leaves the rest of you out of it!

I could talk whales all night, but I wouldn't force someone to listen that is clearly bored! Whales are fascinating creatures and when he gets older with the right degree, the right reasons and the right permits, he can touch a damn whale. Until then tell him there is more to life than whales.

P.S. I have been to Sea World several times and there no whales. Orcas are in the dolphin family. They also don't let you touch them or swim with them. They may let you get a kiss from one though.
