Of course you can use them. Just be advised that they will rust. The rust will not hurt you, the fish or the water. They will just become unsightly. Get yourself some plastic tweezers and save the hassle.

why are you using tweezers to feed your fish? just sprinkle the food in (not too close to your filter or it's a waste) and watch 'em go!

I'm not sure why you'd want to use them, but it shouldn't mater. There certain types of metal that would be bad to leave in the tank, but just dipping them in won't put enough metal into the tank to ever matter. My big concern would be if the fish are aggressively going after the food. They might scrape, or injure themselves on the point of tweezers. Personally I'd use my fingers, plastic tongs, or chopsticks.
