Is anyone can suggestsomething useful?

Answers:

Check your PH and salt levels to make sure they are on point. If they are make sure your old fish arent bothering it at all, Hippos are prone to get ick and if you have other fish even smaller ones they tend to pick on the new guy (even other tangs) Leave the lights out for a few days just to let him acclimate to your tank also. And whenever you get a new fish always "drip" him to acclimate t your tank for atleast an hour. And if he does get better feed him lots of food with vegs in it. Thats what keeps there colors looking so nice. and good luck

It could be shock if he has just lost color and and doesn't have a fungus growing on him.

Is he always white, or only when you do something like turn on the aquarium light which frightens him?

Is the white a fuzzy growth?

Is his breathing labored (watch the gill plates to see how fast he appears to be breathing).

All that said, the link below takes you to some ok fish health articles, but they are not specific to marine unfortunately.
