Okay, which tank Choose between these three HELP ME I mean it, please help2007-11-24 23:39:40

Well, there are three tanks for bettas that I really can't decide on.

The first is an Imagine Betta Bowl Kit. It comes with gravel, a silf plant, food, and a chlorine neutralizer, plus a 1/2 gal. drum bowl (Of course.) It costs $7.49.

Then there is the Marina Betta Kit. It is first of all, very colorful. It comes with a plant, gravel, food, and chlorine neutralizer, and of course, a half-gallon rectangular tank. It costs $14.99.

Then there is the Imagine Premium Goldfish bowl. It is one-gallon. It comes with a how-to guide, a plant, gravel, food, & water conditioner.

Which should I get for my betta?

Get the imagine premium, it's bigger, has a how-to-guide (always handy for a new beta owner) it is priced in between the two smaller ones (so it's like double the real estate for less price, and even though betas can live in a 1/2 gallon container, they could use the extra room. My beta is 2, for one year he lived in a small 1/4 gallon beta hex thing, then a 1/3 gallon bowl, now he is in about a 3/4 gallon bowl and very happy, healthy and vibrant. my roomie's beta lived about 1.5 years in a 2 gallon and was not very happy. so I guess .75 to 1 gallon is good for them. The do live naturally in rice paddies which during droughts can leave them in little mud puddle.so go with the 1 gallon and see how he does.

Always - the bigger the better, It's much easier to regulate water conditions in a bigger container, easier to keep clean too.
