Should I go saltwater
I just moved from New York to Florda. I left my 4 fish tanks with my uncle. They were freshwater and I had agressive fish in 2 tanks (1 in each tank) and the other one had some chiclids (not sure spellings right). I think I am going to start a saltwater tank now. Should I start it?
Answers:Yes, yes, and yes!
Saltwater tanks are amazing. If you add the proper items to the tank, it will look like the ocean. And, you've had a fish tank for two years, it should be easy for you. Saltwater tanks gives you many many fish to choose from. It is a little more expensive, though. But it is worth it. You can buy clown fish and give it a anemone to live in. A lot of fish have their own home you can buy for them. It's really amazing. If I were you, i'd buy a salt-water tank. It's worth every penny.
I hope I helped you make a decision! :-)
absolutely.
well salt will be more expesive and up keep is a little more but you realy can set up a nice tank with some beautiful fish
I have saltwater for 3 years. It's expensive but WELL worth it!! So many fish to choose from. Very personal fish too. Make sure you decide if you want a fish only tank or a reef tank. You will need a skimmer and a sump is optional but will help. Go with the biggest tank you can afford! Good luck. Check out reefsanctuary.com Great advice there!
