yeah you can. bacteria and fungus treatments are often used concurrently. the low dose melaleuca in bettafix, in my opinion, really is only useful as a bacterial treatment even though it says it's useful against bac and fungus. but because fungus can make fish vulnerable to internal bac infections it gets people to treat early/preventatively. if you're using it only as a bacterial preventative, you could always lower the bettafix dose if you're worried.
I had a betta but im not sure what your talking about.
I would do one at a time. Just to be on the safe side. I would alternate treatments or pick the most important one. Which ever is most pressing.
Call the toll-free number of Jungle Labs. It should be on the bottle. They have been very helpful to me in the past!
BettaFix is just a weaker version of MelaFix. To avoid the stress, I'd stop the BettaFix, do a water change then treat for the fungus.

Yes, you can but add the meds very slowly. I would suggest pre mixing it in a large container and changing a small amount of his water with it every hour until it is at a full dose. Continue with constant small water changes of pre-mixed meds for the duration of the treatment. Poor water quality probably caused him to get sick and you need to correct that problem at the same time.
