You set up new environment. In cleaning and changing thins you spooked him a lot. Let him calm down, just leave him in quite environment.
Often happens when you clean out your tank too clean. Do you have an ozonizer or air stones as these will help with the water.
Are using tap water? If u are u might need to get some Aquasafe it makes it safer for them!U can buy it at Wal-mart
its just in a bit of stress if you can get a new angel fish and and air pumpo helps
Check your water parameters. Sounds like something is off with either the Ammonia or Nitrite levels.
