What Do I Feed My Guppies if im breeding2007-11-24 23:40:45

I need to know please.

Answers:

It's more about water temp. Guppies are the bunny rabbits of fish, they will have LOTS of babies once they get going. Just feed them regular flake food, and bump up the water temp to get them in the mood (about 72-80deg F). Once the fry are born, you can feed them cooked egg yolks to help them grow quicker. And make sure you have at least 2 females foe each male, or the males will drive the females crazy and cause unwanted stress. See the links for more info.

THEY HAVE SPECIAL FOOD AT THE PET STORE
If you're breeding, then why would you want to feed your guppies?
Feed Them A Quarter They be 25 cents richer.
Just feed them reguler flake food. Once a week you may feed it with live food like artemia or blood worm.
Guppys are not very sensitive and do not need special care for them, try normal food, make dark place for them, get some mature females and put 2 or 3 males thats enough, u may see more than 50 babes in the tank. do it its the first step of fish breeders around the world.U can ask me anything about fish. best of LUCK'
Please Clarify this; who's breeding, the guppies or you?
We've been breeding guppies for the past 4 years, and have found that a good diet is essential. We feed livebearer flake food, tropical flake food, guppy food, blood worms (frozen & dried), and occasionally shrimp pellets.
