I have several bottom feeders including a pictus catfish... I feed them shrimp pellets but they say you should vary it up once in a while. I will be looking for additional foods to feed them myself.

Shimp pellets and algae wafers. Both will eat flake food as well. The shrimps can swim upside down and feed off the top of the water column. Pretty cool to watch

shrimp pellets are an excellent food but many companies make sinking pellets or wafers designed with bottom feeders is mind.

i like to vary the food i feed so i use hikari catfish wafers, sera viforma tablets, sera O-nips and Omega shrimp pellets

as well as flakes and frozen bloodworms. the fish are doing great!
