Buy a gravel cleaner with a hose and suction tube, get a 5 gal bucket.

I have a 55 gal and change 10 gal water every 10 days or so this way.takes about 20 min total.

To remove the water get a gallon milk or water jug and cut a hole in the top so it acts like a scoop. Remove the water bit by bit. To fill it, if you can get a garden hose to reach from your outside spiket fill it with that. If not use the gallon jug to replace it the same way you got it out. It might take a little work but that's a lot of water. Water weighs 8.33 lbs per gallon.

try using a garden hose(connect to nearest sink) to suck out water and refill tank, you might use a shop vac type vacuum which you should be able to rent cheaply this will drain tank. if you check your vacuum cleaner manual you may be able to use it on reverse suction to drain water.hope these help.

use a hose. Put one end in the fish tank and the other in the sink or bath tub. Suck on the end of the hose to get the water started, siphoning. Once it is started it will continue on its own until the level is low enough it won't suck anymore. That's out, in is just use the hose from outside if you have one.
