What is the life expectancy of a silver dollar2007-11-24 23:41:47
My by's silver dollar died today. He got caught in one of the fixtures in the tank. Does anyone know the life expectency for this type of fish. He has some red devils and irridescent sharks that he has had for 13 years. If you have info on them as well it would be appreciated.
Answers:Silver Dollars can grow to 6" and probably larger. They live for several years.
Silver Dollars are schooling fish and should be kept in a group with at least six Silver Dollars.
