On the other hand, if you want the fish to have babies, you can not separate the male from females though.

You can buy a separator for your tank so the males cannot touch her it is not expensive. Its a container with holes everywhere. They also use them for newborn fish. Or you can buy a clear plate that separates the tank in two. If i were you i would take her out and put her in a bowl of her fish water till you can get one first thing in the morning because she will die from exhaustion of them chasing her.
Depeding on the size of the fish and the tank its in.you can get something we call here in Oz a birthing tank.its like a little basket that you put pregnant fish in to birth.when she has her young they fall thru the gaps in the basket and enter the main tank so that mummy fish cannot eat the babies. If the other fish are chasing her around it could be that she has been dropping young already and they have been following her for a snack.Sepperate her if you can till you can get hold on the basket im talking about.

I think they are also called a birth net.I guess it depends where you are from.

take her out of the tank for a while and into a clean buket of water until it is time for delivery.
I would definatly seperate her but another tank isn't necessary. Just get a breeding net. They're under $5 and they just sit in the tank and it will also make it safer for the babies. The babies shouldn't be put into the big tank until they're big enough not to be eaten. Which is usuall 2-3 weeks after birth. When you can really see their eyes and they're decent sized.
The very best thing you can do is nothing at all. It is very common for the males to chase females even if they are already pregnant. You can buy birthing tanks at the pet store but this isn't a good idea in my experience because the female needs the rocks to rub her belly on to help the birthing process. If you must do anything, then remove the males. If you move the female around while she is pregnant then she will get stressed and will either lose the babies or actually absorb them into herself.

I have been running a very successful aquarium for a while now and have seen this happen. Keep in mind that when you pick up the Hobie of fish tanks then most of what you learn will be through trial and error. A good place to find information on your particular type of fish is wikipedia. Here is the link to that website. http://www.wikipedia.org/

I hope that the information I have provided helps you.
