Is it ok to use bottled water like Dasani?

I have a Betta and I use just normal tap water and then I throw in a tablet that is called "Bowl Buddy"

It neutralizes the water. After about 5 minutes and making sure the temp is about the same as the glass I keep "Fishy" in while I'm changing his water, I add him back in.

I use to use bottled water when I lived in an area that had a lot of iron in the tap water.

You can use water out of a faucet as long as you use water declorinater. i wouldn't exactily try in myself because there are a lot of thing in bottle water. GET A PRACTICE BETTA!!

Sure.Just add a drop or two of stuff to take the chlorine out of the water. you can get it from the pet store or places like Wal-Mart.

Yeah, you can use that.

Also tap water. Either use a dechlorinater or leave it sit for 24 hours. The chlorine will naturally leave.

you can use any type of water you want as long as its not salt water but make sure that every itme you change the water out, which should be atleast once a week if you don't have a filter, just make sure to add tap water conditioner. you should be able to find it at your lacal pet store

I used deja blue at one time when my fish were dying cause of tap water, but I would suggest Ozarka Spring water, petco recommends it too, and if you are ever going to use tap.. be sure to treat it first. If you plan on using dasani .I think that is ok but I would test it first and if it's good water then I guess it wont hurt. I would use Ozarka Spring water though it comes in 2&half gallons, I'm getting a betta myself, I have a 29 gal & 5 gal & I'm using that water and they are doing great,
