Go to http://forum.fish.com/ and ask them. They probably have a swim bladder problem, many times things caused by bacterial infections, or other things. The people there can REALLY help you.

its not the goldfish bowl syndrome. its not even how the fish died because of the dead fish spot. it probaly is because of the chlorine in the water. make sure you add loads of chlorine killing chemicles to the water. good luck.

You say that all filter material etc. was cleaned. The beneficial bacteria in the filter may have been destroyed. The readings for ammonia and nitrites should be zero.
