I bought a Fish Bowl Cleaner and it helps eliminate waste and improve water quality. the thing is I have no idea when to use it. after cleaning the bowl? or before? please help!

You wont harm your fish as Nutrafin is safe for all life in your fish bowl. Most cleaning solutions are safe to use with fishes inside your tank. It simply makes life better for your plants and fish while they are in this environment.
To Use:- fill the bowl with water, add any ornaments, gravel etc, then put in the required amount of Nutrafin solution. Wait for the water to reach room temperature then add your plants and fish to the bowl.
