many of the exotic fish stores sell the brownbanded bamboo shark eggs as a "banded catshark", these are fairly common and if they hatch they acclimate well enough to aquarium life. I haven't seen eggs for the whitespotted though, only as newly hatched and juvinile. (you do realize how much room a whitespotted needs? about 160gal at full grown for the whitespotted, 170gal for the brownbanded)
You will have to ask your local marine store to bring one in for you. They are usually pretty good about that. Or , you could keep an eye n this site http://aquabid.com/
Some of your better local pet shops will get them if you ask them.
