I was wondering where pet shops get their fish and other small animals like frogs.
Answers:Believe it or not, they are called fish farms. Instead of crops, these places have set ups like fish hatchery's do. Depending on the type of fish, from mud ponds, to cement ponds, sheds with large ponds, tanks and facility's. China, Japan , Malaysia, Taiwan, are some of the heavier farms and import a lot of fish. Canada and the US also have their fair share.
Wholesalers, venders, breeders and dealers all play a part.
