I want to know in which water does goldfish grow fast, in rainwater or in tap water?

Answers:

When water evaporates, the minerals and salts in it remain behind. Since rain water is evaporated water, it lacks these healthy elements. In addition many urban areas are full of pollution that gets into the rainwater. Conditioned tap water is best for your fish.

The best thing for good growth for a goldfish is a big tank and regular water changes.

uhhhmmm.. rain water i guess, since it's like fresh from the sky and all that. but does it really affect how fast they grow? it might affect their breathing or something but i don't know.

the larger the tank the more the fish will grow. I doubt the type of water has much to do with it. But I know feeder gold fish that have grown to almost 6 inches long because they are in a 10 gallon tank. Clean the water regularly and feed them regularly and they'll get huge in no time.

neither cos goldfish usaully live in dirty water but they are very adaptable if you goldfish was living in clean water then u mus keep it clean and vise versa. They can die if u let the tank get dirty, then there's a problem because there may not be enuff oxygen in the water 4 the fish to use. However goldfish are unable to live in salty water because salt gets formed on their gills making it difficult 4 them to breath

Goldfish will not build up a good resistance to infections if you use rainwater or distilled water. If your using the fish as feeder fish then dont worry and use either rain or distilled water.
