Marlins (a relative of the swordfish) have been clocked at 60 mph in short bursts, and Mako Sharks have been recorded at atleast 50 mph. Crocodiles, I'm assuming you mean the Saltwater Crocodile, have a maximum speed of about 10 mph in the water I believe.
Therefore, fish can undoubtedly swim faster than crocodiles. Not that speed matters much for the crocodile, that is. They are ambush predators and do not need to be able to swim fast in order to catch their prey.
