Guppies can get frisky with each other - I've seen them go after Goldfish before when mixed together.

its natural for them to fight. separate them unless you want to see some dead fish soon. they are so brutal they fight until the enemy DIES! CHIHUAHUA!
some fish are more Territorial than others.
Most likely you have too many males and that makes them fight for female dominance.
