also dont over feed! fish only need about as much food as big as their eyeball, too much food makes more fish waste and wasted food. which mean higher ammonia levels. only feed once a day until your tank gets established.

They are probably stressed. Check the water temperature, the pH, the nitrate levels and see if they are stressed. it could be the size of the tank and they don't feel they can grow. there are many possibilities but my guess is that they are stressed and need something but we dunno what they need

They are probably sick, check if they have Ich or not. Check the water temperature, and get your water tested again. Usually if they stay and hide under a bush, or someing, that means they are sick, and they might die, so watch out.

You need to have at least 100 gallon tank for that many goldfish. Please don't argue. Your goldfish are becoming stunted as we speak and will die a horribly painful, deformed death due to the toxins they emmit.

Goldfish need at least 20 gallons PER fish.
