figure out some way to block the sun, add more plants
plants trees or shrubs to block
Either there are a lot of algae or due to eutriphication.
adding something wrong .
Must be due to the mosses and litchens that grow underneath the pond..
its because of too much sunlight thts encouragin the growth of algae and moss.clean up ur pond!!
Because of algae! Algae develop on water that is stagnant.
DUE TO ALGAE. IF YOU KEEP WATER FOR MANY DAYS AND DO NOT ADD FRESH WATER OR CHANGE THE WATER THIS PROBLEM COMES NATURALLY. KEEP YOUR POND NEAT AND CLEAN AND CHANGE THE WATER PERIODICALLY.
THIS IS DUE TO PHYYOPLANKTONS OR ALGAL GROWTH
its because of the algae.it is green in colour.it grows on the floor of the pond and when you see it from above you see it green.but be careful because if you step in side your pond you will slip and have a bang.so take care bye bye. nice days
Stagnant water is highly prone to algae !
because of the presence of algae and their respective oxidation.
Time to clean your pond. It can harm the fishes and aqua life in your pond. In worst case , harmful to humans also.
Because of the growth of green algae in the pond and algae needs to prepare for his own food it needs sun light for photosynthesis so they come up to recieve sunlight from the water surface. So they all come out to the surface and it looks green.
