Absolutely normal. A few years ago I was draining some water out of a small tank, and I was too lazy to scoop all the fish out. I figured it would only take just a moment. So. one of my fish came up to the surface as I was pouring and went right down the drain. I STILL feel bad about it. It was totally my fault. I was being lazy and I killed another creature. I think I'd be worried if someone didn't feel guilty after killing something.

Yes. Whenever a pet dies I alsways find someway to feel guilty about it like it was my fault. Even my fish.

I always do. Mostly because i have done something stupid like puttin all the fish in a pail when i clean the tank. I just know i got the water temp wrong. But i console myself by deciding the fish just had a heart attack. works for me!

How did you kill it? Mine just died two days ago for overfeeding it?I was sad but did not feel guilty. I just didn't want them to starve.

yes.i accidentaly killed my baby chipmunk that my cousin found in the backyard. i put OUST in its bed because it smelled bad and i woke up finding a cold dead chipmunk! :(

yep very normal. I would feel guilty too. If you didn`t do it on purpose then you should try to stop feeling guilty but if you did it on purpose, well then there is something alittle odd about you and you should probibly get some consuling.
