They are able to go up and down in the water just fine but they are Rolling, Upside down, Sideways. It's like they can't control their direction. But my other fish are doing fine. What is the problem and any solutions.

Answers:

What are you water parameters for Ammonia and Nitrites reading? If they read anything other than "0" zero you could have a real problem.

I would not go so far as saying they have a disease as of yet (though they may, but some of the diagnosises that you've been given out here thus far are really bad ones).

Check you water - that's their air - if the parameters are off you may need to do some water changes today.

Good luck!

It could be a problem with their air bladders.call the pet shop where you got them or even better, one that specializes in fish.cheaper & easier than finding a vet for tetras!
It sounds like they are getting a disease called Ich.you can cure it by going to the pet store and buy this solution called Rid Ich..which you can put into the water and it helps with the disease.it will also prevent your other fish from getting it.if you let it go..it will kill your whole tank!
could be a swim bladder problem caused by bacteria.
I would agree with the swim bladder infection or stomache infection. Good luck treating is bacteria infections are dificult to get rid of. Talk to your local pet store fish expert ASAP.
with such vague description and background on your fish and tank i will draw on past experience to come up with the most likely cause.

This is probably a brand new tank or a tank with alot of new water straight from the tap. Tap water in most regions of the country is pressurized at 30-35psi, in atmospheric pressure (14-16psi) nitrogen gas expands and if you drop your fish into that water to soon they will exhibit that behavior. But there can be many othe causes like stated above. This is just another possibility.
