I would be careful doing that. It would also depend on the size. If the neons are small ones, and the angel fish are large, they'll eat the neons like popcorn shrimp.
Angelfish like little fish, and they'll pick at them until they kill whatever little fish it is.
You can try getting the jumbo neons, and get a decent sized school of them. If the angel is really big, best to keep the neons out of that tank.
Size is always a factor, but i think angelfishes are not too wild,
Anyway just make sure there is enough room in the tank
I guess, its not like either is violent or anything.
i would personally only put neons in a school of 4 or more

Anglefish can be nasty, try getting the biggest neon tetras you can find & get a few of them.
If not now, eventually the size differential will get to the point that the Neon will be food for the Angel. Keep them in separate tanks.
