should i put my 2 female betas together2007-11-24 23:40:17

well both of my females have been attacked by the male betas i have and i dont think they should stay wit the males because both of my femalse r missing scales and fins but one is missing a lot more then the other(the one that is still wit the male) but wen i removed one ffemale away from the male she started to swim have fun eat ,etc but the other female sence she has no fins and hardly and scales just stays at the bottom not eating

Betas should never be kept together no matter what sex they are. Betas are fighting fish and they fight with eachother. To the death!! One will eventually kill the other/others. The strong will survive..alone. Dont put them together.

males attack males=females and males are friends. females, but confirm with a BETA WEBSITE, do not harm each other.
Did you misspell "Breasts"? Or, are you talking about fish?
If one of them is an aggressive female you could have trouble. I would think that the only good combination is male and female
Try it. Does not matter.
NO
I would keep them separated for now. Maybe you could do a gradual into.

Day 1- put them together for ten men see what happens.

Then each day gradually increase the time .

you should not put together the female and the male because the male is stronger than the female ones suppose to be the male have many scales than female because the male betas have the 100 percent to survive they attack the female ones.
Male bettas should always be kept alone - unless you have a VERY large setup.
