If you go with an ad or auction online, which is probably going to be the best price, have them fill it before you get there to make sure it's not leaking. Try ebay, or livedeal

Otherwise, I'd suggest Petsmart, Petco, or if you have a Pet Supermarket by you, that one I found had the cheapest tanks. Also, from personal experience, if you buy from a store, make sure to take a tank that doesn't have any decorations in it. I bought one, and found out after filling it up, the employee must've dropped the decorations into the tank. It was cracked on the bottom-was hard to see, but not the water leaking out. After checking other one's at the store, they all had cracks in same spot.
