from my understanding (after watching CNN) the tape was handed over to the police for evidence and may not be disclosed.

Is there something wrong with u?? Why would you want too see a man die?? Steve Irwin was a great man! Not only was he conservationist bot he was a husband, father, son, brother, a friend and a great person!! He did so much for so many! No one has the right to interfere with that! The tape of the accident should and probably will be destroyed! I personally hope it never sees the light of day agene!!

As far as I know the tape was taken by the police. Besides, the producer who filmed it said he would never allow it to be shown. Hope he means it for the familys sake anyways.

the tape will be destroyed out of respect for the family. if something comes up that the tape is released then i doubt that it is the real thing.
