are hardy, ok with bettas, able to live in a 10 gal. tank with about 4 other fishes (including the betta),and ez to find in pet stores

they should be about 2 in. and are good for beginners,

i would like a bottom dweller fish and fishes that can live in pairs or in three :)

I have a ten gallon with a male Betta, a molly, two male guppies, two khuli loaches and a small pleco. The temp. is set at 79 and they all get along well.

No fish except bottom fish such as catfish will be good with Bettas, they are called fighting fish for a reason.

i just got fish for my new 10-gallon tank! i got 2 dalmation mollies, which are compatible with bettas and i think get up to about 2 inches. i donno about these, but i also got two dwarf gouramis and two green cory catfish. good luck!

Mickey Mouse Plattis, any Platty for that matter, fancy guppies, tetras, Mollies, they are all great together

there a lot of fish that are compatible with Betta most of your bottom dwellers do not school.. if you go to the pet store they will tell which fish are .community fish.that is fish that get along with other fish..and the fish Siamese fighting fish is its name and they only fight and are aggressive with male of their own species.in Thailand they fight the fish and bet on which one will win.if you hold a mirror up to your fish he will flair into his true form.the raise them in the USA and show them just as they do dogs..they are a great fish and the way they breed is different .they build a bubble nest and blow the eggs into it.the male does this and he maintains it too.

a i had a fish that live like for 2 mounth for no feed bc i want to vit and than when i came home he was still alive and than i just went to my room for a bit and he died i miss him so much he love me so much i will never for get him ever
