will regular guppies breed with fancy guppies
i have 3 breeding pair of fancy guppies and i have 4 regular guppies all in the same tank and im looking for info on breeding guppies and wanting to know if the two will cross breed?
Answers:Yes totally. Guppies always breed with other guppies cuz they cant tell the fancy guppies from the regular ones. But u might wana seperate them after they've had their babies. Trust me! i've got 2 fancy guppies an 1 regular guppy an they wont stop breedin. Fyi the fancy guppies r males an the regular guppies are females. An if ur wantin some really pretty multicolored babies put in different colors of guppies. Like an red fancy guppy an a brownish lookin wit a red tale regular guppy. U'd b surprised at how oretty their babies are! An also try a blue fancy an a yellow regular. If u want more info let me kno.

Guppies bear live young and will eat them if given the chance. Therefore, the more places for them to hide, the greater the likelihood that some will survive to become adults. Ideal temp for breeding guppies is about 74 degrees Fahrenheit.
