Goldfish and the like are very happy at 17-27oC and proabably a lot warmer and colder (remember they can live in ponds outside).
It doesn't matter. It will adjust to just below room temperature eventually anyway, so about 14degC
i have cold water fish and mine seem to be ok at room temp,dont put them near a radiator or air con unit or in direct sunlight. Cold water fish are very hardy,so they should be fine
From 66 to 72 degrees F. This is a fairly rough guide though. If kept indoors, room temperature should be fine.
It doesn't really matter. Cold water fish are generally happy in temperatures from +25C down to freezing point. Outdoor ponds have fish living under the ice in Winter.
Room temp is fine, but it you like it hot inside they will be more susceptible to disease. If you use hot lights like metal halide, you might want a chiller.
