its just one and its a juvinile could it bossibly have some kind of worm? shoult i isolate it?

It is just their insides. If you were transperent don't you think the shrimp would freak too? hope your worries are gone
I agree with J.D.

As shrimp grow, they have to shed their shell (exoskeleton). Sometimes, not always, you can tell they are ready to shed if they get white or gray lines running length-wise along their body.

If it does shed, make sure to leave it alone. The new shell can take around a day to harden up again. Also, this might seem kinda gross, but leave the old shell in the tank, they will often eat the old shell because it has a lot of nutrients in it they need for their new shell.
