I have a 3 yr old standardbred mare for sale and we aren't sure if shes ridable yet we have a chiropractor coming out next monday. Well if shes ridable how much would she be worth. She isn't registered. But has good bloodlines currently shes at $500 just because we dont know if shes ridable shes breedable. Hopefully someone can help me.

P.s. i dont recommend her to young kids she can be a handful some days.

If she isn't registered it doesnt matter how good her bloodlines are, she shouldnt be used for breeding, her offspring will be unregisterable, and if you do not know her bloodlines for sure you also dont know if she could have any genetic disorders, and you have less of an idea what the foal will be like. It would be very irresponsible to breed your mare.

If she is rideable, I would say 1000 dollars tops if she isnt broke yet, and isnt registered. If she is not rideable, I would say free-or a couple hundred dollars.

It depends on how much riding. $1000-3000 would be my guess. I am not sure though.

if she's not able to be ridden but able to be bred, i would pay according to how great her bloodlines are. if she has no great bloodlines, i would recommend show her in halter classes to make a name for herself. that would definitely up her price.

If she isn't ridable yet and isn't registered but has good bloodlines and breedable I would put $2000 on her or the best offer, but don't take anything under $500. Hope this helps!!

If she is not rideable, and she has good blood lines or a good race history herself, if she was raced as a 2yr. old, a Standardbred farm might be interested in her as a broodmare. She probably wouldn't fetch more than $2000 unless she's an all-time excellent bloodline highly desired horse.
